Budget has an opening for a Rental Agent in Omaha, NE. This position will be closing reservations, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cars for rental. Our work environment is collaborative and team oriented with a high emphasis on rewarding individual contribution as well. Our sales representatives at can earn over $20/HR after commission. Job Duties
Full Time and Part Time
Greet customers using standard dialogue
Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
Report damages to on-duty supervisor
Scan returning vehicles back into system
Provide computerized receipt to customer
Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Professional communication skills
Problem resolution experience
Minimum age of 18
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
