Responsibilities:
- Assist with equipment check-ins/check-outs.
- Obtaining correct customer information for contracts.
- Answering the phone and handling customer orders.
- Coordinating equipment pick-up and delivery schedule.
- Collecting customer payments on a monthly basis.
- Perform daily lot checks.
- Occasional parts pick-up and delivery to customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is desired. Able to operate heavy equipment.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
- Clean MVR and F Endorsement.
