- Analyze rental trends and customer feedback to optimize rental offerings
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the customer experience
- Drive sales by actively promoting rental services
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate rental options
- Manage rental agreements and contracts
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Prior experience in outbound calling or sales roles is preferred
