OVERVIEW
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a service coordinator / manager that oversees a multitude of service logistics and functions in our vacation rental management team. Professionally collaborating with team members is a key part of this job, though being their direct supervisor / manager is optional, depending on experience and abilities. Regardless, this position is responsible for the oversight of service objectives and projects working closely with clients, management, and department heads. Seasonal deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs are examples of service functions needing effective oversight and coordination. Examples of projects are permitting and installing a hot tub, replacing carpet in a house, finding and coordinating updated furniture delivery, preparing for fire routine inspections, and overseeing a number of property onboarding tasks.
Considerable experience in customer service, office professionalism, service coordination, and project management is expected. Familiarity with building trades, property functionality, vacation rental business, and local vendor resources is a major plus. Experience directly supervising / managing people is plus, but not required.
