The Opportunity

We are looking for a Rental Coordinator to join our team! This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to advance in their career and take on a dynamic role. This person will be responsible for the contract management and coordination of all rentals as well as ensuring customers are invoiced and that all costs related to the rental are accounted for. Other duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process rental requisitions, quotations, reservations, and contracts, while maintaining inventory records
• Provide exceptional customer service to both customers and internal contacts
• Build and foster a team dynamic within the assigned region with sales representatives and the service team
• Issue and receive purchase orders
• Coordination of freight including BOL’s and customs paperwork

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate has superior interpersonal and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. In addition, if you have exceptional organization skills, and possess the following qualifications below, this position may be right for you!

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales, rentals, or dealership environment or alternatively post-secondary education in business, sales, operations, or a related discipline is required
• Experience with equipment contracts and logistics is a strong asset
• Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
