We are currently recruiting for a Rental Coordinator job in Irondale, AL! This role is truly a mix of support, customer service, project management and account management. You must have strong communication skills, strong math skills, a self-starter and the ability to handle interactions with demanding customers and sales personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming customer and salesperson phone inquiries
• Create and process all rental quotations and special price requests
• Enter and Process all rental orders on a daily basis
• Maintain customer order files and update on a routine basis
• Invoicing of all rental related documents
• Schedule delivery and pick up of all rental units
• Obtain and maintain certificates of insurance
• Good attendance is imperative

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office — Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Administrative Support: 2 years

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.We offer competitive industry salary and excellent benefits package including company matching 401K.
