Renal Dialysis Technician under the supervision of a registered nurse, performs required monitoring and duties during patient dialysis treatment. Prepares machine and solutions according to protocol. Being a Renal Dialysis Technician monitors patient before, during, and after treatment. Administers prescribed treatment according to physician and nursing orders. Additionally, Renal Dialysis Technician documents all treatment details as required. Ensures patient safety and comfort during treatment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification and may require the Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or be required to be working towards the certification. Typically reports to a registered nurse. The Renal Dialysis Technician works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional goals and objectives
- Draft and Build contract proposals for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Hospital dialysis programs.
-Draft and Build Contract proposals for private contracts. (Bauerau of Prisons and Veteran Affrairs).
- Write policy and procedures to be approved by SWRC CEO and National Director of Operations.
- Build relationships with physician practices and other healthcare networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Manage regional budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee project management activities for new initiatives or expansions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required Masters Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
- Strong dialysis contract negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Regional Director or similar position
- Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives
- Experience in business development and expanding market presence
