Your dynamic role involves active participation in diverse activities, contributing significantly to the classroom's triumph. As a Lead Teacher, you'll partner closely with the Center Director and other team members to create a supportive haven for children and families. Enrich young minds by creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans using Creative Curriculum, modeling best practices in early childhood care and education, nurturing social-emotional growth. Your dynamic role involves active participation in diverse activities, contributing significantly to the classroom's triumph, directing the work of other staff in the classroom, and maintain positive, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
