Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and implement our resident activity program, designed to meet their social, physical and intellectual needs.
• Prepare the monthly activity calendar
• Required to complete documentation, addressing interests and participation
• Participation in Care Planning

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred. 
• Certification Preferred
• CNA Preferred
• Must possess high energy and a passion for the elderly
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
