Compensation:   Salary $120,000 to $140,000 Based upon Experience Plus

Annual Variable Bonus up to 10% Plus Corporate Bonus Plan up to 18%

Position Summary: The Reliability Engineer will join a team that is committed to excellence, continuous improvement and driving sustainable business results. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, implementing, and sustaining the continuous improvement of maintenance policies and equipment/components. The Reliability Engineer will also ensure that asset integrity standards are consistently met by driving the maintenance strategy process and monitor Preventive Maintenance execution.

Position Requirements:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• Must have Rotating Equipment experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a chemical plant
• Minimum of 5 years of technical knowledge and experience in maintenance procedures and methods and familiarity with maintenance execution
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with operations, technical, mechanical/electrical maintenance technicians
• Maximo PM experience is a plus.

Position Responsibilities:

• Execute the process to establish equipment criticality; along the dimensions of rules and regulations, company standards and guidelines, OEE losses, quality impact and cost to repair
• Establish equipment maintenance strategy, satisfying the required degree of reliability, as part of the maintenance strategy process
• Ensure maintenance work orders are clearly described and documented and translated into preventive maintenance work orders where applicable
• Monitor proper and timely execution of PM activities
• Participate in Root Cause Problem Solving and translating maintenance related improvements in improved maintenance processes
• Systematically improving maintenance policies
• Monitor changes in rules and regulations and company standards that may impact Equipment Maintenance strategies and taking corrective action accordingly
