What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):- Practice core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practice continuous improvement
- Oversee business and technical requirements development, effort and cost estimates, scheduling, design, implementation, testing, approvals, user documentation and customer deliverables
- Lead multiple, simultaneous initiatives or programs / release trains
- Coaches ART Leadership on SAFe/Agile principles and practices
- Facilitates ART level ceremonies such as: Program Increment (PI) Planning, Inspect & Adapt Workshop, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, Architect Syncs, Leadership Sync Facilitates sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives
- Track and communicate key ART execution metrics
- Escalates and tracks ART impediments
- Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery
- Partners with the Product Management team and Architecture leads to ensure backlog and architecture runway preparedness
- Support and educate Product Owners, especially regarding developing, refining and managing product backlog
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience.
- Four (4) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment
- A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements
- Scaled Agile Framework certifications of SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Release Train Engineer
- Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to influence change at all levels
