Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. The desired individual must specialize in the areas of landscape and snow maintenance and have a desire for personal growth, to be appreciated and to see the impact of his or her contributions, and who also wants to work around a fun group of people throughout with leadership from outside the industry focused on leading the business.
