The Relationship Manager will work daily with Agents understanding their needs and concerns, fostering trust, and creating strategies to increase brand loyalty and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
· This role will facilitate strong partnerships with ISO's and Agents. Providing high level customer service
· You will be influencing Agent offices, building positive relationships.
· Boarding new Agents, gathering required paperwork, system logon, provide training in our tools.
· First line of contact for the company interacting with Agent's and ISO offices involving issues in underwriting and funding inquiries.
· Assist with the rollout of new products and services.
· Making outbound phone calls to Agents and ISO's to help capture their business, while also taking inbound calls from them to strategically analyze their potential opportunities.
· A Relationship Manager will monitor Agent accounts to achieve the desired goals.
· Cultivate stellar relationships with our Agent and ISO channel.
· Review the pricing structure in the different boarding tools.
· Auditing merchant applications for pricing, funding, and accuracy.
· Partner successfully with internal teammates and departments to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification and at least 5 years of experience in Financial Services or at least 1 year of Relationship management in the payment space.
· Proficiency with MS Office Programs and experience working with a CRM system.
· Past TSYS experience preferred but not required.
