Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Relationship Manager - Sales typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with integrators and channel partners
    • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing partners to expand business and increase revenue
    • Address and resolve partner issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams as needed
    • Drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor's strategies, and regulations that pertain to the payment processing industry
    • Use up-to-date information to develop strategies that enhance the company’s competitive position and meet partners' evolving needs
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, case studies, and success stories that highlight the value to the partners payment solution
    • Exhibit strong data hygiene 
    • Meet or exceed monthly activity and performance targets related to partners

    Qualifications

    • 3 years integrated payments experience
    • 5 years in a quota carrying, partnership facing role
    • Minimum 6 months daily experience with Salesforce usage
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong relationship-building skills
    • Adaptability and ability to stay informed about the industry
    • Self-motivated and driven
    • College degree or equivalent work experience required

    The base salary range for this role is $135k - $155k/year plus benefits.  Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: education, experience, skills and qualifications.
