Relationship Manager - Sales manages personal banking staff and daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and develop client relationships. Focuses teams on identifying customer needs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all bank products and services to explain, promote, and cross-sell products and services. Being a Relationship Manager - Sales ensures efficient processing of basic branch service transactions and accurate referrals to enable customers to access the right resource to facilitate other banking requests easily. Develops processes that enable staff to provide rapid research and solutions to account issues, answers to customer inquiries, and effective education and training on banking self-service technology. Additionally, Relationship Manager - Sales requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Relationship Manager - Sales supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Job Purpose
The Enterprise Sales (ES) Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for proactively managing ongoing relationships for a territory of 2-4 accounts ranging in revenue from 5M to 60M in annually. The primary role of the ES Relationship Manager is to build trust based and value-added relationships with these key clients that represent the top firms in the company. An ES Relationship Manager is considered a key strategic point person that can speak on a strategic level with their assigned customers and represent all revenue streams of ICE Data Services. The RM is measured on revenue retention and growth with the goal of strengthening and enhancing long term client relationships.

Base Salary Range for New York Candidates
The expected base salary for this role is between $95,000 - $130,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
