Reinsurance Specialist performs routine reinsurance administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing and verifying new business. Organizes the preparation of monthly and annual reports and ensures reinsurance information has been recorded accurately. Being a Reinsurance Specialist performs reconciliation of premium billing statements and DAC tax calculations and maintenance of various reinsurance operations. Researches and resolves the more complex cases and provides guidance to others. Additionally, Reinsurance Specialist may review work performed by others and train new staff. Works towards industry designations (e.g., FLMI, ARA, ACS, etc.). Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Reinsurance Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Employment: Full-time, 32 hours per week
Schedule: Monday- FridayPosition Summary: As an LPN with Women’s Health CT, you will deliver the highest quality patient care.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments.
- Triage patient phone calls.
- Administer prescribed patient’s medication, treatments and therapies according to physician’s orders.
- Coordinate care plans.
- Support the Provider team, as needed
- Maintain a clear communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team.
- Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
Skills/qualifications:
- Current state issued LPN license.
- 2-3years of Women's Health- Ob/Gyn experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- 1-2 years of Triage or Tele-health experience.
- Out-patient, ER/Urgent Care environment, is preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
- Goal oriented and a team player.
- Patient and Customer service focused.
