Reinsurance Specialist performs routine reinsurance administrative duties, such as maintaining records, processing and verifying new business. Organizes the preparation of monthly and annual reports and ensures reinsurance information has been recorded accurately. Being a Reinsurance Specialist performs reconciliation of premium billing statements and DAC tax calculations and maintenance of various reinsurance operations. Researches and resolves the more complex cases and provides guidance to others. Additionally, Reinsurance Specialist may review work performed by others and train new staff. Works towards industry designations (e.g., FLMI, ARA, ACS, etc.). Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Reinsurance Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Crisis Specialist Position Summary : The Crisis Specialist is responsible for coordinating follow-ups with clients referring to treatment and developing a network of community crisis support.
You work 36 hours
but we will pay you for 40 hours.Also hiring part-time no health benefits $20.00 an hour!
Job Responsibilities : Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.
Carry out the Crisis Stabilization Plan developed by the treatment team.Carry out triage on emergency mental health calls for agency on call system.
Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely fashion.
Qualifications, Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Current CPR and First AidFull valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
Formal training or significant experience in crisis interventions.Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating techniques.
