CUMULUS MEDIA | Fayetteville/Ft. Smith, AR is searching for an experienced Production Director and Program Director for our cluster of 10 market leading radio stations. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, thinks ahead, understands they are part of a team, and has the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Experience in Country, Top 40 and Rock music is helpful, but not required. Must be available to work nights, weekends or holidays as needed.

CUMULUS | Fayetteville, AR currently features 7 stations in the Fayetteville area and surrounding counties. Our stations include: 92.1 KQSM The Ticket Sports Talk, 94.3 KAMO Nash Icon Classic Country, 94.9 KRMW Radio Jon Deek Current and Classic Rock, 98.3 KKEG The Rock Station, 105.7 KMCK Hot Hit Music, 1030 AM KFAY Talk Radio and 1590 KYNG The Ticket 2. FORT SMITH, AR currently features 3 stations in the River Valley and surrounding counties. Our stations include: 100.7 KNSH Country, 102.7 KBBQ CHR, and KOMS 107.3 Classic Country. The cluster of 3 stations reaches thousands of listeners on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include handing production duties for all radio stations; including interview clients, producing commercials and dubbing spots into automation server. In addition, candidate will be the Program Director of KNSH-FM/Ft. Smith and KFAY-.AM/Fayetteville. The ideal candidate will also hold voice tracking duties on multiple stations. Additional duties may be assigned by the Operations Manager, and or, Program Director, or Market Manager. Candidates must have unparalleled passion, work ethic, and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of all Fayetteville/Ft. Smith production.
• Assigned production assignments to station programming staff, and ensuring assignments are completed.
• Program Director for Country KNSH-FM and News/Talk KFAY-AM .
• Engage the listeners on-air and on social media
• Accept phone calls, execute contests
• Effectively introduce programs and music
• Read commercial copy and public service announcements
• Operate control room console
• Conduct occasional on-air interviews
• Attend weekly air-check sessions with Operations Manager
• Update station websites and social media accounts
• Assists in special promotions and programming activities
• Amenable to coaching sessions and station meetings
• Other projects & initiatives as assigned by Operations Manager
