Reinsurance Director is responsible for the administration of reinsurance plans. Maintains plan records and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Being a Reinsurance Director communicates with customers and assists with plan design and distribution when necessary. Ensures timely accounting, reporting and auditing. Additionally, Reinsurance Director researches and analyzes reinsurance prices and specifications. Communicates with underwriting area to verify the proper reinsurance administration is put in place. Supports the investigation of proposed reinsurance opportunities, rate comparisons, and profitability analysis. May have responsibility for reinsurance customer service. Has attained industry designations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Reinsurance Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are currently accepting applications for Maintenance Director. In order to be considered for this position, interested individuals must:
· Possess, at minimum, a high school diploma or GED
· Have experience in planning and implementing repairs, construction, and equipment installation/maintenance
· Be in good mental and physical health, have sound judgment, and a sincere desire to work with the facility’s population
· Be able to push, pull, move, or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a height of five feet, and be able to move and/or carry such weight for a minimum distance of 50 feet
· Have a working knowledge of standard equipment use and maintenance
· Be able to receive and carry out directives, as well as effectively supervise and direct personnel
· Be highly dependable and punctual
· Be able to work events, weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations whenever required
Preference will be given to candidates with previous leadership and/or management experience in maintenance/facility plant management in a high-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and an ability to respond to the facility 24/7 in the case of an emergency is required.
This position additionally requires on-call duties and consistent availability during non-traditional business hours.
