Responsibilities include general administrative support and mail-processing functions in the company's accounting department - in a friendly, efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Opening, sorting and/or processing inbound and outbound mail
• General accounting-related administrative support functions
• Collating letters with printed checks for outbound mail
• Manage monthly distribution of billing and commission statements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years administrative support or accounting clerk experience
• Minimum 2 years of college
• Microsoft Office familiarity including Outlook
• Proactive (can-do) attitude
• Aptitude and desire for learning
• Commitment to excellence
