Reimbursement Analyst Support - Data analysis, reimbursement analysis and communication are key to identify opportunities for improvement in the financial and revenue cycle domain. Works directly with the Patient Financial Services Manager to ensure that data collected is valid and accurately represented.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitors and analyzes data within Revenue Cycle. Develops and maintains skills in data collection, reimbursement analysis, and communication.
• Maintains in depth knowledge of FHC providers and service lines.
• Works in conjunction with Reimbursement Analyst to research, review and audit functions on charges and reimbursements as needed.
• Assists with the annual price increase calculations and forecasting process.
• Works in conjunction with Patient Financial Services Manager to prepare Revenue Cycle Dashboard.
• Works in conjunction with EDI Team Lead to reconcile credit card reconciliation.
• Prepares Good Faith Estimates
• Review and post invoices
• Net Receipt file and reconciliation.
• Completes department-specific orientation and annual competencies for this position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 2 years of relevant analytics experience required.
• Healthcare quality or financial data experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Ability to work with all stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. Advanced MS Office product knowledge (pivot tables, vlookup, macros) required.
• Proven record of financial reporting and dashboarding experience. Previous knowledge of Cerner reporting preferred.

Experience

• 1 year(s): Accounting or Revenue Cycle in Healthcare preferred

Education

• High School or better
