We are currently seeking an Eligibility & Reimbursement Specialist to join our Billing team in Randolph. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in addition to being able to communicate efficiently with insurance companies, Medicaid/Medicare, third party vendors and clients. Focusing on accounts receivable, this position is responsible for maintaining client files & department records, securing eligibility and authorization for client services, billing, posting payments, reviewing aged receivables along with other related responsibilities. It is essential that the person in this role is sensitive to our client base and holds to a very high standard of confidentiality and respect as this position is required to work with clinicians regarding sensitive client history, client’s current financial status and also connecting directly with clients to arrange payments for services rendered. This position is also responsible for credentialing newly licensed clinicians and meeting compliance requirements in the maintenance of those previously licensed.
High School Diploma required. Related college courses preferred. Strong mathematical/accounting aptitude is necessary to learn and perform administrative and data services required. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks are essential.
