The Expense Reimbursement Specialist reviews and processes expense reports, verifies costs against report documentation, ensures company expense policy adherence, and communicates with all levels of employees across the organization to address inquiries and provide training on expense policies and procedures.

Key Duties

Apply, understand, interpret, and communicate company financial policies and related expense reimbursement

policies and procedures.

• Review and audit expense reports against financial policies.
• Verify provided documentation meets policy expectations.
• Clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization. Providing clarity and returning non-

compliant reports to employees / managers working towards resolution and timely reimbursement.

• Providing the highest level of customer service.
• Creates reports and analyzes data for relevant metrics and performance.
• Creates journal entries for month end financial close.

Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education

Required

• years of accounting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
