Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care directs and supervises the activities of the benefits claims and provider reimbursement personnel in a home care environment. Sets procedures for filing reimbursement claims and ensures timely and accurate claims payments. Being a Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care monitors, evaluates and reviews all cost reporting in support of reimbursement claims. Produces the documentation necessary for reimbursement, Medicare Compliance, and control of receivables. Additionally, Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Reimbursement Services Director - Home Care typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. We are currently seeking Home Care Aide that can provide quality non-medical home care services to our clients in Cook, Will, DuPage Counties.
The primary purpose of you job position is to provide each of your assigned clients with services in accordance with the client’s plan of care developed in collaboration with the client and or family members.
This Position require someone that can meal Preparation and cook a full meal.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
Must possess the ability to tactfully personnel, clients, family members/caregivers, visitors, and the general public.
Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle clients, based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of the position can be fully met.

Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile people within in home care setting.
