Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the rehabilitation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the rehabilitation department
- Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs
- Develop and manage departmental budgets
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, including training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in rehabilitation practices

- Connect with Nursing and other Ancillary Departments attend mandatory meetings/conferences

-Practice Infection Control / Implement practices

- Assist with proactive measures/QA to ensure quality care

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting
- Strong background in budgeting, financial management, and practice management
- Knowledge of medical office operations, including human resources and office management
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft /Point Click Care
- Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,600.00 per year
