Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the rehabilitation department
- Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs

- Connect with Nursing and other Ancillary Departments attend mandatory meetings/conferences

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting
- Strong background in budgeting, financial management, and practice management
- Knowledge of medical office operations, including human resources and office management
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks or Eaglesoft /Point Click Care
- Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred
