Rehabilitation Services Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Under the direction of the hospital Administrator, the Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for managing and supervising the Rehabilitation Department to meet resident needs, the fiscal requirements along with federal and state regulations. The Director of Rehabilitation will achieve specific patient care, employee relations, customer service, and financial objectives through strong leadership and effective management of staff, customers, and referral sources. Acts as a liaison between Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Administration, Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, and the community representing the department at professional meetings.
