Position Summary
The Field Supervisor will work collaboratively with the Executive Director of Client and Caregiver Services, senior management, administrative teams, staff and outside stakeholders to ensure that the highest quality of home health care services are being provided to FCP Live-In’s clients.

Education, Experience & Specialized Skills
COTA certificate and at least five years of relevant work experience, including experience in healthcare management. Must read, write and speak English. Experience in home healthcare industry preferred.
