As a Rehabilitation Program Manager (RPM), you will be responsible for the overall quality and financial viability of rehabilitation programs within a single facility. You will plan, develop, implement and monitor business, and develop and evaluate effectiveness of associates and ongoing programs. You will also coordinate efforts with District Manager to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with the larger area. Also, maintain an average caseload of 50% for associates.
