Being a Rehabilitation Services Manager identifies services through program planning and facilitates program development. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Manager typically reports to a director. The Rehabilitation Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Rehabilitation Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Rehabilitation Team at Essentia Health-52nd Avenue Clinic seeks a physical therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, put patients first, work later afternoons (9 AM to 5:30 PM for example), and be a great team player. The current PT team treats patients with the following conditions: orthopedic, balance/falls/gait, cervical/back pain, TMJ, vertigo and pelvic floor conditions. We are looking for a skilled therapist to compliment this team.
The Rehabilitation Team at the 52nd Avenue Clinic consists of 3 other full-time PTs. This team works closely with the primary care team at the clinic.
No call, however there is a possible opportunity for assisting with weekend and holiday rotation at our Fargo hospital (Essentia Health-Fargo).
