The Manager will lead a close knit team of Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy Support staff, Occupational Therapists, COTAs and Speech Therapists while working in collaboration with other leaders to streamline methods to provide continuous high quality care for patients.
Essential responsibilities for the Manager of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation will include the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain and exceed quality patient care, budgeting and monitoring of utilization of personnel and supplies. The Director will also oversee Oversee nursing service actively through the evaluation of staff performance, assuring alignment with facility and regulatory agency standards, policies, and procedures while playing a pivotal role in recruiting and selecting nursing service employees.
