Rehabilitation Services Manager jobs in Coachella, CA
Rehabilitation Services Manager plans and implements the overall rehabilitation functions policies, procedures, and services. Ensures efficient and effective operations for physical therapy, sports medicine, occupational therapy and speech departments. Being a Rehabilitation Services Manager identifies services through program planning and facilitates program development. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Rehabilitation Services Manager typically reports to a director. The Rehabilitation Services Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Rehabilitation Services Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities

*Oversee a small and growing team of pool technicians *Oversee all pool services accounts *Provide quotes to customers *Conduct diagnosis and repairs on pool systems *Direct customer service
Qualifications

*5 years pool service experience preferred *Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record *CPO certified or able to get certified within 1-2 months of hiring *Knowledge of basic plumbing and pool systems repair
Pay in negotiable upon experience!
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $22.00 - $24.00/hour.
