Job Summary:
Looking to hire a driven, self-motivated Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the operations of our nursing home facility. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents. Your leadership and management skills will be crucial in maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Candidates should have 3 plus years experience as an administrator or assistant administrator. A bachelors in business or health administration is preferred and must have a current Washington state administrator license. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the nursing home facility, including staff supervision, resident care, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
