Rehabilitation Director - Nursing Home directs the programs and staff of the rehabilitation services department for a nursing home. Develops and implements rehabilitation programs by working with the operational leadership team and medical staff. Being a Rehabilitation Director - Nursing Home sets and implements guidelines for rehabilitation programs such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Responsible for the direction, planning, and operation of the rehabilitation function. BLNRC is seeking a Full-Time Director of Nursing (DON). Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and currently licensed in North Dakota as a Registered Nurse (RN). Ideal candidate would have training/experience in geriatric nursing and previous supervisory experience. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have a desire to work with the aged as well as the team of nurses, CNA's, and all other departments here at Bethel.
Status will be salaried/exempt.
