Rehabilitation Director - Nursing Home jobs in Arizona

We are seeking a Home Health Director Of Clinical Services (Director of Nursing) to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.

We are a locally owned Scottsdale based Home Health company is seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable individual to be responsible for ensuring the highest quality patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately.

Leadership - Provide clinical leadership, strategic and tactical guidance for organizational quality and compliance. Lead the culture of the clinical services program to align with the overall culture of Select Home Care.

Growth – Expand the impact of clinical services delivered by Select Home Care, partner with marketing as a subject matter expert to build referral relationships that fit with the Agency’s mission of serving adults home healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Unencumbered Arizona RN License
• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
