  • Purpose
    Provide regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all local, federal and global
    regulatory requirements and compliance are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.


    Core Responsibilities
    Regulatory Support
    • Stay up-to-date on regulatory code changes and understand the implications to the business related to these changes
    • Advise internal customers regarding regulatory compliance related to creation and research initiatives
    • Identify regulatory challenges relevant to commercial opportunities, and collaborate cross functionally to solve them
    • Interact with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support. Effectively provide regulatory guidance to commercial teams and other regulatory staff
    • Develop and maintain company SOPs

    Customer Support
    • Complete and deliver documentation to support external customer requirements
    • Identify issues relevant to customer opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
    • Obtain thorough knowledge of customer requirements
    • Deliver support on time, meeting customer expectations


    Processes and Systems Management
    • Identify, implement opportunities and maximize the capabilities of the systems for efficiencies with cur-rent processes.
    • Maintain and manage request logs

    Academic Background
    • University / Bachelor’s Degree in food, biological or physical sciences

    Professional Experience
    • 0-3 years of related regulatory experience

    Technical Skills
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills (both written and verbal)
    • Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products
    • Working knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
    • Basic understanding of components of appropriate business processes and internal systems
    • Basic knowledge of regulatory systems
