The Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for administering, developing and implementing the Stonewall Kitchen (SWK) Cosmetic Safety Program in accordance with FDA Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) and the Food Safety Program in accordance with the FDA Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Food and Drugs. is responsible for administering, developing and implementing the Stonewall Kitchen (SWK) Cosmetic Safety Program in accordance with FDA Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) and the Food Safety Program in accordance with the FDA Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Food and Drugs.
