Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to investigate non-complex employee complaints/concerns escalated through the Company's open-door process. This roles will also provide management with feedback on disciplinary documents (performance improvement plans and correction action reports) that management has prepared and approve documents in preparation for management to deliver the documents to associates.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent 3-5 Years multi-state, multi-location environment
Equivalent years of experience without a degree
3-5 Years experience in an HR Generalist, Employee Relations or a related role conducting complaint investigations related to Federal, State, Local employment and labor laws for multi-site organization
Experience gathering, researching, analyzing and resolving complex employee relations issues (including conduct, performance, and policy violations)
