    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations, ensuring adherence to complex insurance regulations, and identifying potential risks proactively.

     

    Responsibilities:
    • Support litigation & investigations: Interact with lawyers, prepare responses, and manage major fraud cases.
    • Handle complaints & inquiries: Review and approve responses, ensuring accuracy and minimizing legal & regulatory risks.
    • Oversee market conduct exams: Manage all aspects, including review, reporting, and follow-up actions.
    • Serve as compliance resource: Answer questions from operational teams and escalate issues to leadership.
    Experience & Education: 
    • Experience & Knowledge: 2-5 years in insurance compliance, with deep understanding of life insurance/annuity products and regulations.
    • AML & Suitability Expertise: Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering rules and annuity suitability requirements.
    • Regulatory Pro: Familiarity with market conduct exams and interaction with state insurance examiners.
    • Project Management Savvy: Knowledge of project management methodologies and systems, with leadership skills to ensure compliance across all levels.
    • Strong Communication & Efficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking ability, and proficiency in common productivity tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
    • College Degree, MBA Preferred
    • FLMI, AIRC Designations are a plus

    Salary: $65-$75k/year
