    The Student Relations Representative is a multifaceted position that involves providing exceptional customer service to current and potential students via various communication channels including telephone, text, chat, social media, video calls, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding service, fostering student success, and adept at using technology to engage and assist students.

    Duties
    Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate college department or office.
    • Interact with students through diverse platforms such as text, chat, social media, video calls, and virtual meetings, providing top-notch customer service and support.
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively track, manage, and resolve student inquiries and issues.
    • Address and resolve student concerns promptly, referring students to the appropriate departments and offices for guidance on academic programs, admissions, financial aid, and campus resources.
    • Employ student success and engagement software to monitor and enhance student experiences and outcomes.
    • Keep students informed about important college updates, deadlines, and opportunities via digital communications.
    • Remain abreast of the latest trends in digital communication, customer service, and student support practices.
    • Coordinate communication in emergencies.
    • Perform special projects and assignments as needed.
    • Perform related duties as assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications
    An Associate’s degree in a relevant field with experience in an educational or customer service setting.

    One year of clerical experience and basic computer skills is required.
