POSITION SUMMARY:
The Employee Relations Specialist supports the Employee Relations Manager with employee and management issues and disputes, intake and assisting with corrective action processes, programs and investigations. The specialist supports accommodation requests, employee recognition and engagement, career development, performance management, employee records, and separation processes. Travel to all FHCP locations is required.
