A Cooperative Agreement with Kent Conservation District, and The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy, Coastal Programs Section is seeking a contractual Regulatory Environmental Specialist III.
DUTIES:
This position will provide technical, policy, and scientific support for the regulatory programs of the Coastal Section within DNREC’s Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy. Primary duties include drafting comments related to federal actions such as rulemaking, reviewing of Coastal Zone Management Act Federal Consistency submissions, coordinating with network partners and subject matter experts, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the state Coastal Zone Act program.
