Requirements and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities encompass, yet are not confined to:
- Training Hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST with Regular Shift hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST.
- Managing inbound customer service and technical support inquiries from our merchant base. Utilizing available documentation and support resources to ensure precise assistance.
- Exercising professionalism and tact in resolving occasional critical or challenging scenarios.
- Ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of merchant inquiries.
- Identifying emerging trends and communicating them to facilitate continuous process enhancement.
- Undertaking any other pertinent tasks vital to the company's success and merchant satisfaction.
