Regulatory Relations Specialist jobs in Asheville, NC

Are you a happy social person? The Wright Inn is looking for a Guest Relations Specialist to work part-time. Must be willing to work some holidays applicant, friendly and well spoken; and be committed to maintaining our standard of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and check guests in
• Perform room checks to ensure all is good for the guests arriving
• Must be knowledgeable in the kitchen to bake cookies (dough is prepared by the chef)
• Host the inn’s social hour from 5-6pm - serve guests beer/wine and charcuterie boards.
• Clean up and sanitize spaces after social hour
• Arrange florals for tables
• Assist guests with requests, i.e. ice, extra pillows, carry luggage, recommendations on things to do in the area

Part-time position is Friday- Sunday. Hours 2:30pm - 7pm - less in the winter months

Ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, an eye for detail and a professional appearance and friendly demeanor. Reliability is a must. Must be able to climb stairs and lift up to 25 pound to assist guests with luggage.
