  • Requirements and Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities encompass, yet are not confined to:

    - Training Hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST with Regular Shift hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST.

    - Managing inbound customer service and technical support inquiries from our merchant base. Utilizing available documentation and support resources to ensure precise assistance.

    - Exercising professionalism and tact in resolving occasional critical or challenging scenarios.

    - Ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of merchant inquiries.

    - Identifying emerging trends and communicating them to facilitate continuous process enhancement.

    - Undertaking any other pertinent tasks vital to the company's success and merchant satisfaction.

    Qualifications include, but not restricted to:

    - Demonstrated proficiency in collaborative teamwork while meeting established responsibilities.

    - Commitment to delivering work of exceptional quality.

    - Adherence to established processes and proactive exploration of solutions in instances of process documentation gaps.

    - Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.

    - Adept problem-solving skills

    - Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
