POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Advisor Relations Specialist who will work closely with the Director of Advisor Relations and other team members to provide world class service to our advisors throughout the country. While in this role, the right candidate will be trained on investment products and be a key player in ensuring requests and deliverables are met.

Full-time role in State College, PA.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Energetic, positive attitude and ambition
• Reinforce the firm’s value proposition
• Aid in strengthening relationships
• Support in the execution of sales initiatives
• Assist in processing and tracking of sales requests and deliverables
• Perform trend analysis of sales activity data
• Assist in conducting competitive analysis
• Develop knowledge and application of the investment strategies and solutions
• Assist with scheduling of sales meetings and corresponding follow-ups
• Assist in CRM system maintenance
• Identify workflow/system improvements and work to enact changes
• Maintain student-of-the-industry approach; latest trends and best practices

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing high-end client service in a professional office (non-retail) environment
• Financial services industry experience a plus
• Must be highly motivated, relationship-oriented, as well as an organized self-starter
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Extreme attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
• A high degree of professionalism
