This role will collaborate closely with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, reporting to the Director of Public Relations.
As PR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness by supporting all aspects of the PR program at Verint.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills with experience in a wide range of PR functions, proven ability to successfully navigate cross-functional teams, and be results driven.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities : Support the Director of Public Relations in driving overall public market awareness and results for the Verint brand through traditional and digital PR tactics, including media relations, thought leadership, influencer relations and social media management.
Write and edit public relations content including press releases, bylines, social media posts, and thought leadership content.
Manage approval process for PR content.Coordinate media interviews.Execute ongoing social media program to engage with Verint evangelists, media and industry influencers and amplify PR content.
Manage awards program : proactively manage award deadlines, create high quality, compelling award submissions. Identify new awards programs and opportunities for promotion of Verint and its solutions.
Track and manage media coverage and social media engagement among influencers and media using Cision Media Monitoring software.
