Regulatory Relations Liaison is responsible for filing necessary applications and handling all government interactions pertaining to the regulation and certification process for a plant or other facility. Develops procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Being a Regulatory Relations Liaison prepares reports for top management detailing projects that may impact the organization's regulation status. May represent the organization before federal or state legislations. Additionally, Regulatory Relations Liaison requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Regulatory Relations Liaison typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Regulatory Relations Liaison typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Job Summary and Qualifications

    We are seeking a(an) Provider Relations Liaison for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons?     What you will do in this role:

    • Assists onboarding-providers with credentialing and enrollment as needed
    • Assists in preparation for accreditation
    • Initiates Human Resources onboarding and Prepares PARs for new hires, terms, transfers, and others as necessary
    • Maintains good rapport with providers and acts as point-person for providers
    • Acts as liaison between the providers and all associated departments to include but not limited to Credentialing and Enrollment, Human Resources, HRAnswers, and Work-force Administration.
    • Assists with scheduling orientation and ensuring systems access
    • Assists market in covering emergency shifts

    What Qualifications you will need:

    • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
    • Advanced communication skill
    • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
    • 2 years of experience managing or working with physician / provider relationship building
    • 2 years of experience in role that provider onboarding and credentialing
