As a Department Liaison we’re looking for you to support departments by assisting where needed. In addition to building relationships with our residents and their families, you’ll also be relied upon to help out in variety of different ways.

What Cascade Living and Sierra Place look for in a Department Liaison:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Reliable transportation and dependable to show up on time
• Ownership attitude and is able to prioritize and stay focused despite interruptions
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Department Liaison for Sierra Place:

• Be flexible to move between multiple assignments during your shift
• Demonstrate willingness to learn a variety of skills
• Be able to follow instructions in a timely manner
• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

Wage: $14-$15/hr
