Regulatory Relations Liaison jobs in Charleston, SC

Southern Cosmetic Laser is seeking a highly professional client liaison with at least 1 year of front-desk experience in medical aesthetics office check-in, check-out and/or scheduling experience. Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery is a huge PLUS, but not absolutely required, since we are willing to train the right candidate with the willingness to learn. Candidates must be energetic, positive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have a genuine interest in helping others and in cosmetic dermatology. Duties and responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments

• Confirming/rescheduling appointments

• Assisting patients with any questions they may have

• Provide superior customer service extending warm greetings to patients with a smile and a positive demeanor.

• Be knowledgeable in all service lines

• Make sure patient needs are met whenever possible

• Professionally and courteously respond to patients via phone, texts and email in a timely manner

• Exhibit initiative to help improve efficiencies wherever possible

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task workload

• Astute attention to details and ability to follow through with execution and accuracy.

• Contribute to a positive team environment by treating others with professionalism and respect.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of administrative, front-office scheduling experience ideally in cosmetic dermatology or medical aesthetics

Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
