Prepares filings and tracks applications for licensing, certification, and permits and interacts with governmental officials during the regulation and certification process. Being a Regulatory Affairs Specialist monitors compliance with existing regulations and upcoming or changing regulations. Performs impact analysis of regulatory changes and produces status reports. Additionally, Regulatory Affairs Specialist participates in processes to report, investigate, and addresses any issues of non-compliance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Job Purpose
The Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) Specialist will contribute to team deliverables by being knowledgeable of relevant regulations, evaluating and validating data sources, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The PSRA Specialist will respond to and resolve customer inquiries. The role will support compliance to the North America Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA), and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) Control regulations as it relates to raw materials and label approvals.

Knowledgeable of formulations for Research and Development strongly preferred. 5-7 years' directly related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
Total Compensation
The salary range for these skills is $72, - $80,. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
